This page describes what we collect when you use yuukips and how we keep that data protected. Your identity verification documents, deposit and withdrawal records, and market activity generate data that flows through our systems and, in some cases, through regulated third-party processors — and we undertake to manage all of it under strict access controls and encryption protocols.
We at yuukips collect data for a single purpose: to verify your identity, process your payments, settle your entries, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction. What We Collect and How We Use It
When you create a yuukips account, we collect your email address and password. During KYC verification, we collect your national ID number, a photograph of your ID, a selfie for facial confirmation, and your residential address. This information is mandatory and verified before your account can accept deposits.
When you deposit or withdraw, we record your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank account details for mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), the amount, the timestamp, and the transaction ID. We retain these records indefinitely for settlement and regulatory purposes. We do not store your full payment card number or banking credentials — those are handled directly by the payment processor and are not copied to our servers.
When you use yuukips, we log your account activity: which markets you access (sportsbook categories such as Liga 1 Indonesia, Piala AFF, or Champions League fixtures; live-dealer tables; slot games; esports), the entries you place, settlements, and cash movements. We record your IP address and device type each time you log in. If you access yuukips from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, we note your location for compliance verification.
- Identity data
- National ID, name, address, selfie. Required for account verification and regulatory compliance.
- Payment data
- Deposit and withdrawal method, amounts, timestamps. Retained indefinitely for settlement audits and dispute resolution.
- Activity logs

Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing
We share your data with the following parties only as necessary to operate yuukips:
- Payment processors: mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, and banks (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment) receive your payment method and transaction details to confirm deposits and process withdrawals.
- Identity verification partners: We use third-party services to verify your national ID and facial recognition. These services do not retain your documents after verification completes.
- Regulatory authorities: If required by law, we disclose user data to gambling regulators, tax authorities, and law enforcement in your jurisdiction.
- Fraud prevention services: We share hashed versions of your activity data (not your personal identity) with third-party fraud-detection networks to prevent account takeovers and bonus abuse.

Your Rights and Data Retention
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Log in to your yuukips account to review your identity details, payment history, and activity logs. If you find an error (incorrect name, address, or payment detail), contact support and we will correct it within 7 days. If you request account deletion, we close your account and delete non-essential data (email, address, device logs) within 30 days, but retain payment records and settlement history indefinitely to comply with financial regulations.
Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (such as language setting or recently viewed markets). These are essential for yuukips to function; you cannot disable them without logging out. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. Third-party payment processors may use their own cookies to secure payment transactions, but we do not control their policies.
International Data Transfers
Our servers may be located outside your jurisdiction. When you deposit or access yuukips, your data may be transmitted to or stored in countries outside Indonesia. We ensure all transfers occur over encrypted connections (TLS protocol) and that your data is protected by the same security standards regardless of server location.
Data Security
We encrypt your personal data using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to your data is restricted to yuukips staff who need it to operate the platform — customer support, compliance, and payment settlement teams only.
